2. Nature of the Website

This website is for information and direct enquiry only. It does not create an automatic order, booking, payment obligation or custom dress contract by itself.

3. Consultations and Quotations

Custom dress scope, measurements, materials, timeline, delivery method, payment schedule and after-service support are confirmed directly with the customer before production begins. Website images are style references and may differ from a final custom project.

4. No Online Checkout

The website does not process cart checkout or online payments. Any confirmed commercial arrangement is handled through direct communication and written project details outside the website interface.

5. Custom Production, Changes and Cancellations

Because made-to-measure dresses are produced to individual specifications, change, cancellation, return and alteration terms depend on the confirmed project stage and the written project summary. We review production errors, transit issues and reasonable alteration questions directly with the customer.

6. Delivery and Fitting Support

Delivery timing and tracking are coordinated directly after production planning. Customers should review the dress promptly after arrival and contact us with any fitting or quality concern so support can be arranged.

7. Intellectual Property

Website text, layout, brand assets and images are owned by LXUFGC, 蒲霖婚紗香港有限公司 or their licensors. Commercial reuse requires written permission.

8. Third-Party Links
